We couldn't be happier with the electronic fund transfer system setup through your company. Our school has made it mandatory that all tuition payments be made electronically. The reception among our students' parents was overwhelmingly favorable. By using electronic tuition payments we have seen our cash flow improve dramatically. Our company started using the EFT service in October of last year. Before we began the service, we were having a very difficult time getting our customers to pay on time. This was having a very negative effect on our cash flow. Since we bill on the 1st and the 15th and many of our customers waited nearly 30 days to pay their bills, the strain on our cash reserves was severe at times. So, when we were offered the opportunity to collect our customers' payments electronically, we didn't hesitate to sign up. The service has worked great for us from the start...not only did we experience a big improvement in cash flow, but we also saved a lot of money on administrative costs. Our follow up on slow payers has been virtually eliminated reducing collection cost substantially. We estimate that we save about $1,000.00 per month on mailing and collection cost alone.
